Duchess Team Member Swing Shift FT/PT (Cashier) at 1625 Tuttle Crossing seeks friendly individuals to provide a great customer experience. You will greet customers, handle transactions, and help keep the store clean and well-stocked.

We value a customer-focused mindset, basic math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling. Prior retail or food service experience is a plus, and comfort with technology is a must.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments)
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards, our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency
• Duties may include walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching in variable conditions
