Responsibilities

• Ensures correct checkout totals by weighing, entering, and scanning items with accuracy.
• Accesses product codes and stays familiar with ads and specials.
• Maintains familiarity with tender policies (checks, credit, debit, coupons, EBT, etc.).
• Greet customers, answer questions, locate products, and handle complaints with a friendly attitude.
• Promotes enrollment in the Thank You Card program and assists with sign up.
