Primary Purpose of Job
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing fast and friendly service to each customer.

Duties and Responsibilities for This Position

• Cooperate with and interact in a productive way with fellow employees.
• Be able to work and stand for up to eight hours.
• Be able to read, understand, write, and communicate in the English language.
• Perform mathematical calculations when completing store forms.
• Check identification and pricing of merchandise.
• Lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds, including milk cartons, bag-in-the-box soft drink containers, etc., several times a shift.
• Stock shelves and coolers.
• Retrieve merchandise for customers.
• Tolerate exposure to cleaning products and sanitizing solutions.
• Clean all windows and change gas price signs.
• Sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, and remove and transport trash containers to outside bins.
• Clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the store.
• Work in a cooler for up to 45 minutes at a time at temperatures of 36-40 degrees.
• Work in a freezer for up to 10 minutes at a time at 0 degrees.
• Learn and work on a computer.

Work Hours

The CSR position is hourly. The work schedule is determined by store management with no guaranteed hours. The position can be full or part-time, with availability required for any scheduled shift.
