Primary Purpose Of Job

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing fast and friendly service to each customer.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Cooperate with and interact in a productive way with fellow employees.
• Stand and work for up to eight hours.
• Read, understand, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Perform mathematical calculations for store forms.
• Check identification and pricing of merchandise.
• Lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds; handle milk cartons, soft drink containers, etc.
• Stock shelves and coolers.
• Retrieve merchandise for customers.
• Tolerate exposure to cleaning and sanitizing products.
• Clean windows, change gas price signs, sweep, mop floors, dust shelves, and remove trash.
• Clean parking lot and store grounds.
• Work in coolers (up to 45 minutes at 36-40°F) and freezers (up to 10 minutes at 0°F).
• Learn and operate a computer.

Work Hours

This hourly position's schedule is determined by store management, with no guaranteed hours. It can be full or part-time, requiring availability for any shift.

Perform similar or related duties as assigned.
