Job Description: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing fast and friendly service to each customer. The role involves various duties to ensure excellent customer experience and store operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Interact productively with fellow employees.
• Work and stand for up to eight hours.
• Read, understand, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Perform mathematical calculations for store forms.
• Check identification and pricing of merchandise.
• Lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds, including milk cartons and soft drink containers.
• Stock shelves and coolers.
• Retrieve merchandise for customers.
• Handle exposure to cleaning and sanitizing products.
• Clean windows, change gas price signs, sweep, mop floors, dust shelves, and remove trash.
• Maintain the parking lot and surrounding grounds.
• Work in coolers up to 45 minutes at 36-40°F and freezers up to 10 minutes at 0°F.
• Learn and operate a computer.

Work Hours

This is an hourly position with flexible scheduling determined by store management. It can be full-time or part-time, with availability required for any shift.

Additional Duties

Perform similar or related duties as assigned.
