Primary Purpose of Job

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing fast and friendly service to each customer.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Interact productively with fellow employees.
• Work and stand for up to eight hours.
• Read, understand, write, and communicate in English.
• Perform mathematical calculations for store forms.
• Check identification and pricing of merchandise.
• Lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds, including milk cartons and soft drink containers.
• Stock shelves and coolers.
• Retrieve merchandise for customers.
• Tolerate exposure to cleaning and sanitizing products.
• Clean windows and change gas price signs.
• Sweep, mop floors, dust shelves, and manage trash.
• Clean parking lot and surrounding grounds.
• Work in coolers up to 45 minutes at 36-40°F and freezers up to 10 minutes at 0°F.
• Learn and work on a computer.

Work Hours

This hourly position's schedule is determined by store management, with no guaranteed hours. It may be full or part-time and requires flexibility for any shift.

Perform similar or related duties as required.
