Front of House Team Members

This position reports to the Assistant Manager, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager. Cashiers are the first point of contact for our guests and are responsible for delivering a great experience. Duties include taking and entering orders, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent service following standard procedures with a sense of urgency.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements, including Zaxbys Learning Center, hands-on stations, and any additional training.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service, greet guests, explain menu items, answer questions, and promote current promotions.
• Accurately process orders and transactions, operate cash registers, and manage receipts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, including dining areas, restrooms, and exterior.
• Maintain equipment, stock supplies, and keep work areas organized.
• Prepare menu items according to standards, ensuring safety and sanitation.
• Assist in kitchen and back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Perform all tasks with urgency and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 14 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Capability Requirements

• Stand, walk, and sit as needed; occasionally stoop, bend, or climb.
• Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Use hands and wrists for manipulation.
