CREW MEMBER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Deliver exceptional hospitality to each customer.
2. Prepare and assemble food and smoothie ingredients according to brand standards.
3. Handle and prepare food using proper sanitation practices.
4. Set up and monitor food and smoothie workstations.
5. Clean and organize the kitchen, workstations, dining area, restrooms, and other spaces within the café.
6. Operate the register, take customer orders, handle cash accurately, and manage the cash drawer responsibly.
7. Follow all safety and security policies established by the company.
