Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashier duties, including cash transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, and completing cash reports. May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in all areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process sales transactions efficiently.
• Enter sales into the register accurately.
• Handle payments, give change, and issue receipts.
• Follow procedures for refunds.
• Interact positively with customers and resolve complaints.
• Manage cash funds and receipts, ensuring accuracy.
• Observe customer purchases and differentiate portions.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness.
• Stock pastry case.
• Follow service, inventory, and cash control standards.
• Comply with sanitation, ServSafe, and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
