Job summary

Bally's Quad Cities Casino & Hotel in Rock Island, IL is seeking a cash handler role focused on delivering superior guest service while maintaining accurate cash controls.

You will count cash drawers, process markers, issue fills and credits, and ensure compliance with federal reporting and company policies. Strong communication and ability to work flexible shifts are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains a service standard that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members
• Count all cash drawer currency prior to performing any cash transactions
• Issue fills and credits for table games / jackpots for Slot Department
• Cash checks, process Markers for approved credit players upon proper identification
• Follows federal cash reporting requirements
• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of all promotions and events
• All other duties as assigned
