Cashier/Barista | Part-Time | Rhubarb Hospitality Collection

Join our team as a Cashier/Barista at Oak View Group. We are a global leader in venue development, management, and premium hospitality services for the live event industry, serving world-class venues and influential events worldwide.

We seek a friendly, energetic, and dedicated individual to provide excellent customer service, prepare high-quality coffee and espresso drinks, and maintain a clean, inviting environment. Your role is vital in delivering an exceptional coffee experience and ensuring smooth operations.

This position offers an hourly rate of $15.00-$16.00, tip eligibility, and benefits such as a 401(k) savings plan with matching. The role remains open until July 4, 2025.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare Coffee & Espresso Drinks: Brew and serve a variety of beverages including lattes, cappuccinos, iced coffees, etc.
2. Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience.
3. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the coffee bar, dining area, and equipment clean and organized.
4. Stock Management: Ensure supplies are stocked and notify management of low inventory.
5. Ensure Quality: Follow recipes and procedures to maintain standards.
6. Cash Handling: Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions.
7. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with staff and management.
8. Health & Safety Standards: Adhere to food safety and equipment handling regulations.
9. Additional duties include: Serving beverages responsibly, verifying IDs for alcohol sales, maintaining sanitation, and organizing workspaces.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 or over.
• Experience in food service and cash handling preferred.
• Ability to learn cash register operations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude.
