1. Processing transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling various tenders, and adhering to company policies on cash shortages and restricted sale items.
2. Reporting pricing discrepancies and following policies for postage stamps, gift cards, and coupons.
3. Staying current with store promotions and adhering to safety procedures to identify and report unsafe conditions.
4. Creating a welcoming environment for customers and providing assistance and information about products.
5. Working cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, and acting with honesty and integrity.
6. Supporting and assisting diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
