Wappingers Falls Toyota, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring for an on-site cashier/clerical role in Wappingers Falls, NY. You will greet customers, manage payments, balance cash, and support office leadership with clerical duties.

The position offers daily bank deposits, insurance of accurate transactions, and opportunity to grow within a Fortune 200 company. We seek strong communicators with a can-do attitude, proficient in Microsoft Office, and at least 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• 1+ years of cashier/clerical experience preferred.

This is an on-site position in Wappingers Falls, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom.
• Direct calls and handle all customer payment and credit transactions.
• Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciling of cash office account/s.
• Handle daily bank deposits.
• Assist the Office Manager and General Manager with multiple clerical tasks.
• Identify prices of goods, services and total bills using calculator.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• 1+ years experience.

Est. Hourly Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00
