Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Cashier role based at our Springfield, MA location. The Cashier is responsible for greeting customers, taking and processing orders, handling cash and electronic payments accurately, and issuing receipts. Day-to-day tasks include operating the point-of-sale system, answering basic product questions, maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, and restocking displays near the register. The role also involves coordinating with the baking and service staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly, managing lines efficiently during busy periods, and following all food safety and hygiene guidelines. The Cashier is expected to provide professional, courteous service, support a positive team environment, and follow company policies and procedures.
