Accountabilities

• Provide hospitality and exceptional service to guests
• Operate POS including scanning, key entry, coupon redemption, refunds, and all forms of payment
• Bag groceries following store procedures
• Ensure accuracy and productivity, including knowledge of produce and weekly sale items
• Follow procedures for check cashing, refunds, and store charges
• Comply with WIC, EBT, alcohol, and tobacco purchase regulations
• Promote marketing programs like MyWay
• Engage guests by answering questions and assisting requests
• Follow cash drawer security and loss prevention procedures
• Report safety, security, or cleanliness issues to management
• Assist with service counter, self-scan, bottle return, and other store operations
• Adhere to store policies and build strong relationships with guests and vendors

Requirements

• High school diploma
