Job summary

Goodwill Kentucky is seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Cashier to join our Somerset, KY store. You will manage transactions at the point of sale and assist with stocking, pricing, and customer service to support our mission-driven retail operation.

The role emphasizes dignity, service, hope, and partnership in helping the community. We offer full-time hours with a schedule Monday–Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and a compensation of $12.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service and/or production experience preferred
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift/carry 10 lbs. frequently and up to 20 lbs. occasionally

Responsibilities

• Complete transactions, handle money in all forms responsibly and maintain accuracy of point of sale purchases.
• Sort, grade, process, stock shelves and sale of used donated goods.
• Maintains a positive shopping experience by providing excellent customer service.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties to keep cleanliness of the store.
• Follows all Company policies and procedures.

Goodwill Kentucky is looking for a high energy, positive attitude, team-minded Cashier to join our team! This position is essential for the success of our retail store operation.
