Pay Range

This range is provided by Far West Services, LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$21.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly, and excellent customer service during the order taking process, both in person and by phone.
• Communicate efficiently with team members in front and back of house to ensure guest satisfaction and timely order delivery.
• Greet guests warmly and process orders accurately.
• Upsell menu items and maintain knowledge of menu, sauces, and promotions.
• Verify the accuracy and presentation of guest orders before delivery.
• Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions accurately and balance the register at shift end.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workplace, including restocking and sanitation.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Present a professional appearance according to company standards.
• Handle guest complaints appropriately and escalate when necessary.
• Leave guests with a positive impression of Wingstop.

Qualifications

• Experience with computers and POS systems preferred.
