Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and answer questions about menu items.
• Take food and beverage orders at the counter.
• Accept payment and provide accurate change.
• Enter orders into the POS system and process transactions quickly.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean area.
• Balance the register at end of shift and perform side work as needed.
• Support promotions and upsell where appropriate.
