Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the mission statement and motto to each guest 100% of the time.
• Speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the guests.
• Use computer systems to input order information.
• Be guest sensitive with a good sense of timing to serve drinks, food, and dessert appropriately.
• Stand and move quickly for up to six hours.
• Maintain good balance, bend, kneel, and lift trays and bus-tubs weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Wipe down tabletops, booth seats, and pick up debris in all areas.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets approximately 40 times per shift.
• Follow proper uniform standards.
• Opportunity to cross-train into multiple roles (Server, Host, Catering, etc.).
