Job Description

• Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
• Experience Desired: Prior experience in Grocery or related industry
• Education Desired: No high school diploma required
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Age Requirement: At least 16 years old

Job Responsibilities

• Finalize sales and process payments, including totaling orders, deducting coupons, and accepting tender from guests.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of all relevant service and business metrics.
• Assist in executing all company initiatives and programs.
• Provide exemplary customer service by ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Operate the cash register in accordance with all company policies and procedures, including Point of Sale policies.
• Demonstrate effective selling techniques.
• Handle products and equipment properly, following food safety and safety guidelines to ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Maintain sanitation standards.
• Promote an inclusive environment that embraces diversity, respect, and teamwork among team members, customers, vendors, and the community.
