Look no further; PRWT has an exciting opportunity for you. We are currently accepting resumes for the position of Customer Service Associate Supervisor, located in Center City, Philadelphia. PRWT Services, Inc. specializes in business process outsourcing (BPO) and facilities management services for governmental and commercial clients nationwide.

Note: The candidate will be receiving payments from citizens and assisting with booted and towed vehicles at the Philadelphia tow lot.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Exhibit a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  • Perform responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
  • Responsible for collecting, balancing, and depositing all cash and credit card transactions.
  • Maintain departmental standards.
  • Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
  • Reconcile and balance monetary transactions after each shift.
  • Complete and balance all daily reconciliation logs.
  • Update citizen information to record transactions.
  • Research citizen plates and tickets.
  • Escalate situations on behalf of citizens to customer care or relevant departments.
  • Schedule hearings for citizens.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding clients.
  • Perform duties with high accuracy.
  • Handle multiple tasks within the department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One to three months of related experience or training, or equivalent combination.
  • Ability to use a Ten-key adding machine.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Availability
  • Must be available to work all shifts between 7:00 am and 3:00 am, Monday through Sunday.
  • Scheduling depends on the needs of the cashiering site.
Language Skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English and/or Spanish.
Mathematical Skills
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
Reasoning Ability
  • Ability to understand and carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
  • Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Physical Demands

The physical demands include sitting and standing for long periods, with some lifting as needed. Reasonable accommodations can be provided.
