Position Overview

As a team member at Oyster House, you'll be a key part of delivering a memorable experience for every guest. Whether you're serving oysters, mixing drinks, preparing meals, or greeting customers, you’ll help maintain smooth restaurant operations while creating a welcoming, fun environment. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and process transactions accurately.
• Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
• Answer questions about the menu, specials, and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the register and front-of-house area.
• Assist with food packing and preparation during busy periods.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and escalating issues as needed.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and register reconciliation.
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
