Job Responsibilities:

  • Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently at checkout.
  • Handle various tenders and adhere to company policies regarding cash handling, loyalty offers, and restricted sale items.
  • Report pricing discrepancies and follow policies for postage stamps, gift cards, and coupons.
  • Stay current with advertisements and adhere to food safety regulations.
  • Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and participate in preventive maintenance.
  • Create a welcoming environment for customers by assisting with questions and ensuring they feel valued.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company guidelines.
  • Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and act with honesty and integrity.
  • Support and assist diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
