• Build custard items to specification and deliver them quickly to guests.
• Check on guests, seek feedback and maintain a clean dining room and service area.
• Follow washing, sanitation and safety procedures and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Understand ingredients and time standards; display urgency in service.
• Break down and clean equipment and stations at closing; store products properly.
