Job summary

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is seeking a friendly team member for our ColdLine to greet guests, take orders and help keep the dining area clean. You will prepare custard items, assist with drive-thru service and ensure fast, friendly hospitality in a busy setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up the ColdLine by assembling equipment, stocking products and preparing the dining room
• Warmly welcome guests, take accurate orders and facilitate drive-thru service efficiently
• Build custard items to specification and deliver them quickly to guests
• Check on guests, seek feedback and maintain a clean dining room and service area
• Follow strict washing, sanitation and safety procedures and ensure proper storage of ingredients
• Understand all ingredients, time standards and display a strong sense of urgency
• Break down and clean equipment and stations at closing; properly store products
