Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm, take orders, prepare custard items and keep the dining room clean
• Set up the ColdLine, stock products and facilitate drive‑thru service
• Build custard items to specification and deliver quickly to guests
• Check on guests, seek feedback and maintain a clean service area
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures and store ingredients properly
• Understand ingredients and time standards, maintain urgency
• Break down and clean equipment and stations at closing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Set up the ColdLine by assembling equipment, stocking products and preparing the dining room
• Warmly welcome guests, take accurate orders and facilitate drive‑thru service efficiently
• Build custard items to specification and deliver them quickly to guests
• Check on guests, seek feedback and maintain a clean dining room and service area
• Follow strict washing, sanitation and safety procedures and ensure proper storage of ingredients
• Understand all ingredients, time standards and display a strong sense of urgency
• Break down and clean equipment and stations at closing; properly store products
