• Maintain cash drawer and reconcile sales
• Assist guests with inquiries about products and services
• Handle guest complaints professionally
• Process layaways, returns, and exchanges
• Keep checkout area clean and organized
• Stock and rotate merchandise as needed
• Scan and bag items efficiently
