Job Description: Front of House Team Member at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe

We are seeking an enthusiastic Front of House Team Member who shares our passion for food quality, customer service, and community. Join a dynamic team offering a menu from scratch baked bread & pastries to soups, salads, & sandwiches made with honest, whole ingredients.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Must have evening/nighttime availability.
2. Ability to work flexible shifts, starting as early as 7am and ending as late as 10pm, Monday through Saturday.
3. At least 18 years of age.
4. 1+ years of customer service experience (preferred).
5. Attentiveness to food safety and sanitation standards.
6. A positive "can do" attitude, with active listening skills and confidence in suggesting menu items.
7. Ability to work quickly, learn from mistakes, and assist other departments proactively.
