Job summary

Bandana’s family-owned restaurant is looking for friendly, guest-focused team members. You will greet guests, input orders, and deliver drinks, food, and desserts with speed and courtesy.

You must stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and thrive in a busy environment. Training supports our mission to treat every guest as a guest in your home, with opportunities to cross-train across server, host, and catering roles.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Ability to use computer systems to input order information.
• Guest sensitivity with good timing to serve drinks, food and dessert.
• Stand and move quickly for up to six hours.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and maintain balance during shifts.
• Keep tables, booths and dining areas clean and presentable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the mission statement and motto to each guest 100% of the time.
• Provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Input orders accurately using computer systems.
• Transport dishes and beverages between dining room and kitchen during shifts.
• Maintain a clean dining room and adhere to uniform standards.
• Be cross-trained into multiple positions (Server, Host, Catering).
