Job summary

Bandana's in Missouri is seeking a team member to join our dining room staff. You will help deliver an outstanding guest experience by adhering to our mission and motto: Perfect, Fast, Every time.

Responsibilities include using computer systems to input orders, keeping the dining area clean, transporting plates, and supporting servers, hosts, and catering as needed. We value hospitality, timely service, and a neat appearance.

Qualifications

• Guest service and hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand orders.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Delivers the mission statement and motto to each guest 100% of the time.
• Ability to use computer systems to input order information.
• Must be guest sensitive and possess a sense of timing to serve different elements of dining experience at proper time.
• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to six hours.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room and kitchen about 40 times per shift.
• Follows proper uniform standards. Opportunity to cross-train into multiple positions (Server, Host, Catering, etc.)
