Job Details

Our retail operation is a key part of our mission, generating revenue for programs and services and providing employment opportunities for individuals facing limited options. Pay: $12.00/hour

Shift D: 11:00am – 9:30pm (Four 10-hour days)

Job Type: Full-Time

Hours of Operation: Monday-Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Essential Duties and Tasks

• Complete transactions responsibly, handle money accurately at point of sale.
• Sort, grade, process, stock shelves, and sell donated goods.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties to maintain store cleanliness.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Education and Experience

• No formal education required.
• 1 year of customer service and/or production experience preferred.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift/carry 10 lbs. frequently and up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
