Job summary

Johnny’s Markets in Michigan (Kalamazoo) is seeking Crew Members to greet customers, operate the register, and help keep the store fresh and inviting. You’ll be the face of Johnny’s, helping customers with a smile and ensuring quick, friendly service during morning, noon, and night shifts.

You’ll handle cash, assist with coffee and food prep, stock shelves, and follow safety rules for ID checks on alcohol or tobacco.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively, professionally, and courteously with customers, vendors, co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to accurately count cash and make change.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach horizontally and above the shoulder, grasp, and push buttons.
• Ability to read and interpret operating manuals, instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs., and frequently carry weights up to 15 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation.
