Job summary

Fields Mercedes Benz of Orange Park is seeking a friendly, professional cashier to support our luxury service and sales teams. You will greet customers, process payments, and help ensure accurate billing in a fast-paced dealership environment. Ideal candidates have cash handling experience, basic math and computer skills, and strong communication.

English/Spanish bilingual abilities are preferred. We offer training, a team-oriented culture, and opportunities to grow within our family-owned

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system
• Process payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
• Greeting customers and answering phones
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to the appropriate person for resolution
• Assist with balancing of the cash drawer and resolve discrepancies
• Filing, data entry and other similar tasks
