Job summary

Fields Mercedes Benz of Orange Park is seeking a friendly team member to provide a luxury experience to our customers. You will calculate bills, process payments, greet clients, answer phones, and support cash handling and balance procedures.

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; attention to detail and basic computer skills are required. We value teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Process payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Greeting customers and answering phones.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to the appropriate person for resolution.
• Assist with balancing the cash drawer and resolve discrepancies.
• Additional duties include filing, data entry and other similar tasks.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am to 5pm; occasional Saturday availability
