Job summary

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Ohio is seeking a friendly, service-oriented team member for our ColdLine. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare custard treats and help keep the dining area clean in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up the ColdLine by assembling equipment, stocking products and preparing the dining room.
• Warmly welcome guests, take accurate orders and facilitate drive-thru service efficiently.
• Build custard items to specification and deliver them quickly to guests.
• Check on guests, seek feedback and maintain a clean dining room and service area.
• Follow sanitation procedures and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Understand ingredients and time standards with a strong sense of urgency.
• Break down and clean equipment and stations at closing and store products properly.

• Follow strict washing, sanitation and safety procedures and ensure proper storage of ingredients
