• Provide outstanding hospitality and service to all guests.
• Maintain solid product knowledge to answer questions and make order suggestions.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide relevant information.
• Be prepared: this position involves 50% customer service and 50% cleaning.
• The morning shift is responsible for donut prep work (e.g., filling and icing donuts).
