Job Summary

Performs cashier duties: making transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, counting receipts, and completing cash reports. May also perform general food service tasks. Maintains sanitation standards in all areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform sales transactions efficiently.
2. Enter all sales accurately into the register.
3. Make change, accept various payment methods, and issue receipts.
4. Follow procedures for cash refunds.
5. Interact with customers and resolve issues courteously.
6. Manage change funds and cash receipts, ensuring compliance with standards.
7. Observe customer purchases and differentiate portions.
8. Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies; maintain cleanliness.
9. Keep pastry case stocked.
10. Ensure compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash controls.
11. Follow sanitation, ServSafe, and safety requirements.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
