Job Summary

The Cashier at Smoky Mountain Smash in Gatlinburg Skypark will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling transactions accurately, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations at the cash register. Responsibilities

1. Customer Service:
   • Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
   • Assist customers with menu selections and answer any questions regarding the offerings.
   • Provide information about current promotions and special deals.
2. Cash Handling:
   • Accurately process customer orders and handle cash transactions.
   • Operate the cash register and ensure correct pricing.
   • Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers.
   • Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
3. Order Management:
   • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
