Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is hiring full-time cashiers for our Flint Twp Store at 4304A Miller Rd, Flint MI 48507. The role offers $15.00 per hour plus a 20% in-store discount and bonus potential. Essential duties include operating the register, maintaining margin, and moving clothing racks to the floor.

Applicants should be able to lift 35 pounds, stand for long periods, and report to work on time. We provide benefits for full-time associates and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales oriented cash handling required.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain accuracy.
• Willingness to smile and assist customers throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and conduct sales-related functions according to policy.
• Maintain cash register variance within acceptable margin of error.
• Run 3 racks of clothing to sales floor per hour.
