Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is hiring Full-Time Cashier positions at our Birch Run Premium Outlets location. The role includes operating the cash register, maintaining accuracy, and assisting customers with a smile in a fast-paced retail environment.

Compensation is $15.00 per hour with a 20% discount on in-store purchases. Benefits include health, dental, and vision for full-time associates, paid holidays, PTO, and other perks to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Stand for 6 to 8 hours a day.
• Reliable transportation to report to work on time.
• Pleasant, cheerful and professional demeanor.
• Able to distinguish colors.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and conduct sales-related functions according to policy, procedure and job standards.
• Maintain cash register variance within Goodwill’s acceptable margin of error.
• Run 3 racks of clothing to sales floor per hour.
• Provide a friendly, helpful customer experience.
