Job summary

Jerry’s Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a part-time front-end associate at Cub Foods Elk River. This role involves greeting customers, ringing up purchases, and handling coupons while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

You will join a dedicated team that values timely shifts, flexibility, and a strong customer-focused mentality. The position offers a progressive hourly rate up to $18.00 based on experience, with a varied Sunday–Saturday schedule.

Location: Cub Foods Elk River

Reports to: Front End Manager

Classification: Part Time Union

Rate of Pay: Progressive scale up to $18.00 / hour, based on experience

Hours: Sunday – Saturday, varied hours

Position functions and physical requirements may vary by store location.

FREQUENT:

Physical:

• lifting/carrying to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling to 20 force pounds

• reaching, standing, turning

Equipment operation:

• scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine

Mental:

• judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, math

OCCASIONAL:

Physical:

• lifting/carrying over 50 lbs.

• squatting, stooping/bending, walking

Equipment operation:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

**FREQUENT: 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift

**OCCASIONAL:Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift
