Job summary

Ed Morse Automotive Group in Texas is seeking a friendly Cashier to join our team. The dealership network spans multiple states with 60+ locations and 40+ brands, offering weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. You will manage customer transactions, schedule service appointments, and ensure accurate reconciliation of service and parts payments. This role emphasizes customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Strong computer skills.
• Experience with ADP payroll software is a plus.
• CDK experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Collect payments from all service and parts customers.
• Daily reconciliation for service and parts.
• Incoming telephone calls, answering customer’s questions and making service appointments for the Dealerships.
• Assisting with outbound telephone calls to confirm service appointments.
• Assigning technician labor codes and pricing to service repairs.

• Maintain professional relationships with customers
• Collecting payment from all service and parts customers
• Daily reconciliation for service and parts
• Incoming telephone calls, answering customer’s questions and making service appointments for the Dealerships
• Assisting with out-bound telephone calls to confirm service appointments
• Assigning technician labor codes and pricing to service repairs

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule availability including Saturday hours
• Bilingual (Spanish-English)
• Must possess general computer skills
• Experience with ADP is a plus
• CDK experience preferred
