Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashier duties including transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, counting cash receipts, and completing cash reports. May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in all areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs sales transactions efficiently.
• Enters sales into the register accurately.
• Makes change, accepts various payment methods, and issues receipts.
• Follows procedures for refunds.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints professionally.
• Manages change funds and cash receipts, ensuring compliance.
• Observes customer purchases and manages portions.
• Replenishes supplies and maintains cleanliness.
• Stocks pastry case and maintains standards.
• Ensures compliance with all safety, sanitation, and inventory procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
