Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions and give correct change.
• Answer questions from guests.
• Handle drive-thru and front counter tasks, including bagging and taking orders.
• Stock restaurant inventory as needed.
• Operate iPads, registers and other cashier equipment.
• Keep front counter neat, clean and orderly.
• Stay up to date with new products and training.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.

Cashier responsibilities

• Process sales transactions, accept payment from guest, give correct change whether in the store or taking orders


• outside in the drive-thru.Yes, you can work outside!


• Answer questions from guests.


• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all front counter stations, including bagging, dessert making, expediting,


• running orders, and taking orders.


• Stock restaurant inventory as needed.


• Work with bagging screens, iPads, registers, and various other machines.


• Keep the front counter neat, clean, and orderly.


• Keep up to date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporate.


• Work safely around cashier equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Front Manager.


• Maintain personal knowledge by completing ongoing in-house training and stay up to date on changes.


• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
