Job summary

Smashburger in New Jersey is seeking a Guest Service Expert to create great guest experiences. You’ll greet guests, take orders, upsell, and keep the dining area welcoming while supporting a fast-paced team.

No experience needed—training is provided. You must be 16 or older, with strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Flexible hours include nights, weekends, and holidays.
