Job Responsibilities:
Cashiering for Parts, Service, and Sales customers
Accurately maintaining and balancing a cash drawer and accounting for daily cash sales
Handling change, petty cash, and other cash transactions
Running credit card transactions accurately
Receipting credit cards, cash, and checks into CDK
Processing warranty payments
Mailing customer registrations and handling customer payment calls for registration fees
Answering incoming calls and providing information or transferring calls to appropriate departments
Accurately stocking in Factory Vehicles—creating key tags, window tags, and folders for Service and Sales
Entering Factory Vehicles into the NYS VERIFI System
Maintaining gas receipts
Filing Service Repair Orders
Ordering supplies
Keeping the Customer Lounge clean and stocked
Maintaining a friendly demeanor under pressure with customers and staff
Assisting the Dealership Administrator/Title Clerk with various duties
Schedule:
8-hour shifts
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Requirements:
Ability to commute or relocate to East Rochester, NY 14445
Customer service experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Automotive dealership experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
An "entry level" technician: Capable of oil changes, tire rotations, completing minor services, tire, and batteryreplacement etc. Can perform most tasks that do not require in-depth diagnostics or complex criticalmechanical aptitude with guidance as needed upon researching work instructions, or after being taught theproper techniques first.
A bumper to bumper, master certified technician capable of diagnosing and repairing any system of theautomobile without supervision. In most cases, are leaders in the shop and chosen to support the developmentof other technicians when needed. At times, may be called upon to interface with customers in variouscapacities.
