Position Title: CASHIER - Charlotte Knights at Truist Field

Pay Range: $12.00

Job Summary

This role involves performing cashier duties such as handling cash transactions, verifying cash drawers, giving change, counting cash receipts, and completing cash reports. It may also include general food service tasks. Maintaining sanitation standards in preparation, service, and dining areas is essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
2. Record all sales in the cash register properly.
3. Make change, accept various payment methods, and issue receipts.
4. Handle cash refunds following standard procedures.
5. Interact positively with customers and resolve complaints courteously.
6. Manage assigned change funds and cash receipts, ensuring compliance with overage/shortage standards.
7. Observe customer purchases and differentiate portions as needed.
8. Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies while maintaining cleanliness.
9. Stock the pastry case regularly.
10. Follow company standards for service, inventory, and cash control.
11. Comply with sanitation, ServSafe, and safety regulations.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.
