Job Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Promote a positive and fun work environment
• Work effectively with team members and communicate clearly in a busy setting
• Be knowledgeable about menu items to assist guests and make suggestions
• Verify orders for accuracy, manage to-go orders, process transactions, and understand the rewards program
• Visit tables after food delivery to ensure guest satisfaction
• Follow marketing promotions and encourage guest feedback
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety standards
• Keep the dining area clean and organized
• Demonstrate strong listening and communication skills
• Uphold integrity and follow cash handling policies
• Upsell menu items thoughtfully
• Complete Smashburger training program — no experience necessary

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Punctuality and availability for variable hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Adhere to uniform and grooming policies
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participation)
