Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking a friendly Cashier to provide outstanding customer service at the point of sale. You will greet customers, maintain product knowledge, and handle transactions with accuracy and professionalism.

You will support store operations, merchandising, and stock replenishment while working a flexible schedule to meet retail hours and seasonal demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate POS and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outstanding customer service standards, possess solid product knowledge, greet and acknowledge every customer, and address any and all concerns by the customer at POS.
• Reinforce a rewarding customer experience.
• Complete all sales transactions accurately and efficiently, while maintaining all cash accountabilities at registers.
• Assist in various store operations, including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning duties when necessary, and returning products to inventory as needed.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock.
• Be flexible to occasionally perform work outside your specific role.
