Job summary

Workstream is looking for friendly, service-oriented individuals to join the Freddy’s ColdLine team in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. You'll greet guests with enthusiasm, take orders, and prepare our famous custard treats. Teamwork and quality service are key priorities!

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Set up the ColdLine by assembling equipment, stocking products and preparing the dining room
• Warmly welcome guests, take accurate orders and facilitate drive‑thru service efficiently
• Build custard items to specification and deliver them quickly to guests
• Check on guests, seek feedback and maintain a clean dining room and service area
• Follow strict washing, sanitation and safety procedures and ensure proper storage of ingredients
• Understand all ingredients, time standards and display a strong sense of urgency
• Break down and clean equipment and stations at closing; properly store products
